Terms and Conditions (Activities):

Hong Kong Consortium for Medical, Nursing and Healthcare Development (hereinafter referred to as the Comity) is the organizer of this event.
Participants in this event agree to these terms and conditions, and accept to become members of the Comity, enjoying all rights under these terms and conditions.
Each person can only participate in this event once. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
Participants must meet the eligibility requirements, and the Comity may require you to present proof of eligibility. If participants provide false information, the Company reserves the right to cancel the participation quota and recover losses.
Participants must complete the questionnaire according to the instructions on this webpage and submit the required information, otherwise it will be considered a waiver. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Comity reserves the right to suspend, modify or change these terms and conditions and any arrangements related to this event, and may cancel or terminate the event at any time without prior notice, and assumes no responsibility.
The donated products for this event are provided by sponsors (if any), and the Comity is only responsible for arranging the event. The Comity assumes no responsibility for any product-related issues.
All photos, sounds, and clips recorded during this event may be used by the Comity and event sponsors/partners for content recording and promotion. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
Participants understand and agree that participation in the event is voluntary. Participants are willing to assume all risks and responsibilities, and have no right to claim or hold the organizer/including the conference, event planning, and sponsors/support organizations responsible for any injuries, accidents, deaths, or any form of loss caused by traveling to and from the event venue, during the event, or for other reasons.
Each participant must ensure that their health condition is suitable for participating in this event. The organizer/event planner reserves the right to cancel the participation of any unsuitable participants in case of doubt, and the relevant individuals must accept the decision of the organizer/event planner.
Participants must ensure that the information on the registration form is correct.
If a participant causes the organizer/event planner to incur additional expenses due to any behavior, negligence, or intentional damage during the event, they must make reasonable compensation to the organizer/event planner.
In case of any dispute, the Comity reserves the final decision.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of this disclaimer, the Chinese version shall prevail.

The Comity or the organizer/supporter/sponsor/partner of this event may contact you to collect certificates or send you information, offers, conduct market research, etc. If you wish to modify the data you have provided to us, or if you no longer wish us to contact you, please email our staff.
