Message from the President

“As medicine and technology continue to advance, we face increasingly complex health challenges that require interdisciplinary collaboration. Looking back at the COVID-19 pandemic, the dedication and unity of healthcare professionals helped bring the situation under control, although its effects continue to be felt. Against this backdrop, the Hong Kong Consortium for Medical, Nursing and Healthcare Development was established. Our mission is to provide healthcare professionals with a platform for professional exchange, discussion of new directions and policies in healthcare, and the dissemination of information about emerging technologies.

 

To strengthen professional capabilities and help ensure that local healthcare services keep pace with changing needs, the Association organises workshops, seminars, forums, conferences, professional training programmes and research initiatives. We will also strengthen ties with neighbouring regions to prepare for future public health challenges.
